TERRIBLE PRINTER always an issue where it has an error code listed not user friendly

Bought this unit as a printer. I have used the FAX and Scanner options since purchase. At first, my thought was I had bought over kill with all the options. Since purchase, I was elected to POA president position and have used the other options and really appreciated the possibilities of this machine. Would recommend this printer for any home use situation. Very easy installation with detailed instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just bought this printer yesterday to replace my WF2520. I'm happy with the features of it and the technical support helped me set it up for Wi-Fi and connecting to my MAC.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer with one exception

I love this printer. I had a Work Force Pro before for quite a few years. I bought this one about a month ago and was really pleased that it has two trays as I frequently print on two types of paper. HOWEVER - there are no instructions on how to tell it which tray to print to. I finally called Epson support and they were able to enable me to choose trays in Word. But they couldn't tell me how to choose trays in NetSuite. So I still have to switch the paper around depending on what I'm doing.
