I purchased this to replace another Brand that constantly had cleaning head problems. This is a beauty- so easy to use!

WF-3640 paper tray 2

I just set up my new printer. Only problem was the paper drawer #2 would not slide back in easily after filling with paper. Needed a bigger hammer. Hope it will still work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought it today, but due to lack of proper installation guidance located properly in the box, got me totally confused. Please change it for EPSON'S good.

I have to admit, we don't use it much but seems to work well enough for me. The only caveat is the auto-feed feature when making multiple copies is a little counter intuitive. Some basic features require multiple redundant clicks which seem unnecessary. But all in all, a good purchase.

I really like the all in one 3640 i print pictures good text and scan features the best thing is the great Epson support when i had a problem they replaced the printer next day no problem i am a long time Epson customer and this printer for home or small office is very good.
