Good Printer

Good printer, although it was a challenge setting up. Even the technicians at Epson had a difficult time when I called them. The scanner and copier are very efficient and the print quality is pretty high although when it prints, it is very loud.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ease of Use for New Product Purchase

The install to use the wireless connection was a breeze and the printer/fax works effortlessly. I enjoy having the ability to use a USB thumb drive to transfer images into photographs. The only drawback is the minor labeling sight for the correct way to face paperwork that is being copied or faxed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great printer, easy to install until it came to getting all the wireless info installed. Instructions in box only goes far enough to get you started, then a phone call to Epson is in order. Install up to that point went very smooth. Now installed and using for a couple weeks I love it....to print wirelessly from all of my electronics is outstanding. Now, if the print cartridges weren't so expensive it would be my all time favorite.
I would recommend this to a friend!

disappointed in picture print

They advertise the great print quality and for me that was disappointing. the pictures on my flyers are not crisp at all. It hooked up fairly easy but a few more words of guidance rather than just pictures in the instructions would have helped me.

Finally

Printer finally delivered as advertised over Wi-Fi networks. Easily installed on home network with both Mac and Windows machines compared to the WF-615 printer. Prints very nicely and document feeder isn't nearly as cumbersome. Solid product. Way to go EPSON.

Firmware update

To update the firmware I had to use the USB connection. It wouldn't update wirelessly. The printed pages are crisp and sharp. The installation
is relatively easy. Lets see how it does with more use.

Fast and Efficient; Sharp Fonts

Have only had the printer for about a month; sporadic print needs. Ink Cartridges less expensive than Brand H; and seem to last long time. Fonts crisp and color is very good. Some printing seems to be faint, and haven't figured out how to make that adjustment. LCD screen clear and crisp; instructions well written. Multi-page copying a big PLUS.
I would recommend this to a friend!
