Help getting connected

I have not used the printer yet. Bought it today and the installation instructions and the DVD were of little value to me so I called for assistance. I had a very difficult time following the first technician I spoke to and after a long while was transferred to another man (Derick) who was easily understood and got the computer printing with a wired connection. I need to get an SSID and password from my Internet provider so I can get the printer working wirelessly. Hopefully that will be easily obtained. The DVD needs some help to be of value to someone like me who lacks computer skills. I have great hopes for the printer. Thanks for helping me.

Bad product!

It is a very bad product since the purchase is failing, every time you change an ink cartridge, it presents an error (code 0x69) that prevents it from restarting. When it finally works, the cartridges are almost empty (due to so many attempts to turn it on and off). The Epson support website does not offer any solutions. I need a printer, now I have to buy a new printer, the truth is that it will NOT be an Epson product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The purchase cost and the cost of replacement ink was the main factors in my purchasing this product.

I HAVE HAD THIS AND ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW, NOT ONLY DOES IT PRINT SUPER FAST, BUT IT WAS A SNAP TO SET UP, GREAT ALL IN ONE FOR THE PRICE!
