Bought this for my home business as well as for my children's homework. It get plenty of use and has not had a paper jam, prints dependably and was easy to set up. I haven't had an Epson in years but super happy that we went back to this brand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this about a month and a half ago, connected easy to my network, now all computers and handhelds can print from them. Makes great copies!

I have had my Workforce WF-3640 for a couple of months now and am impressed with print quality. Excellent machine.

This AIO (All In One) printer is about as stock as they come. It is "somewhat" easy to hook up and get printing but it took me a while to master things and I'm electronically inclined. There aren't any GREAT deals on ink but it prints pretty quickly. I've yet to print a photo.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you dont want to spend a lot of money on ink especially when you don't use colors don't get this one. I use gray scale since it's all i need but i somehow ran out of magenta and now it wont let me print unless i go and buy a magenta... how does that factor in grey scale printing? so frustrating

Only one month old, on line scan dialog could use improvement, ink levels on line would be helpful. So far I am happy with the product
