very easy to set up and great features

I had a 3620 was no longer printing right. I made a claim with square trade and they paid me for it and I used that money to upgrade to the 3640. Much better quality, and easy to use. I recommend it to anyone!

Reliable Printer

Have had for about 4 years. Do more scanning than printing. Would rate a 5 but if you are not scanning, it shuts itself down after a period of time. Have another Epson Printer/Scanner at work, it will stay ready to scan as long as I leave it open. If there is a setting to change on the one I have at home I have not found it. Prints real good. To me does not seem to use an excessive amount of ink. Scans are crisp.

We purchased this at the well-known warehouse store ... we had decided to switch printer brands for something different, and the Epson name was recommended time and time again. Thus far we have only used the printer and copier portion, but it is an excellent printer (considering what we paid) with sharp features on each page, two-sided printing (saves a lot of paper), and reliable wireless connectivity. We are very pleased with this printer and would buy another when the time comes.

I have not had any issues setting up the printer and using all the different methods of printing from my PC, remote from my phone, or copying. I did not set up fax. The only issue I had was closing the bottom feed tray properly. I have not tried printing from tray two that I set up for leaf all size. I am happy with the speed and quality of printing.

This was recommend by a family member. Just got done setting up. If you follow the directions on the "Start Here" instruction paper included with product and be patient, you will do fine. If a 71 year old can set it up, it must be easy! Have not had it long enough to give a good review at this time.

I just bought the WF-3640. The wireless printer setup on my older Windows 10 laptop was a breeze. 'Nice features & well pleased so far!!
