First printer that I have ever installed and didn't have any problems with the install. Everything worked like it was supposed to work. Printer works excellent so far. Now it is time to try out all the features.

Ink doesn't last too long

Only have had this printer for a few weeks and already I need to purchase more ink. There is no hard/soft cover guide book; it is only online. I need to read how to save on ink usage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best all in one I have ever had

This machine has worked above expectations. I spent a lot of money on printers over the years and this one is the best. I have no paper jams or other lost time working to make the printer do what it does. I love it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have only ever had a different brand of printer. but because this one had a fax and my fax machine decided not to work, I purchased this one. I really like it. It prints very clear pages, it rarely argues with me and always works when I want it to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer install was a piece of cake. Only difficulty was connecting to my second
computer on my home network. No where did I see instruction that disk must be used with each computer.

I bought it about two months ago and hope that it continues to perform as well as it has thus far. Fabulous quality prints, great speed, very responsive. Love the app that allows me to use the computer with my phone.
