For all the negative reviews about difficulty in starting up, I set this printer up, including USB connection to a PC desktop, wireless connection to a Mac Book Pro and wireless to a new Windows Surface Pro in about 30 minutes. So far it works great. If I can edit this review after some use, hopefully I can dispel other negative comments, like ink guzzling, paper jams and bad customer service - which I hope I'll never have to report on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for making set up so easy. I usually struggle and it takes me over an hour to set up a printer. I was done in less than half an hour. I look forward to using my new printer.

Love the compatibility

This is my second Epson printer, and I love the compatibility of being able to print from other devices including my phone.
The only issue I have is somehow it gets "offline" and I have a difficult time getting it back to an "online' status. Often can be frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The printer is amazing, but I don't know about anything else because it is so hard to download the drivers if your computer doesn't have a CD rom. I have a Mac so I do not have one. This is frustrating.

Easy installation and supurb update for home-office use.

Always anxious with new unit installation, not so with this job. Epson has always carried our printing needs starting with their FX-80. Their CD Wizards and pictured documentation provided a crisp and clean installation. The wireless connectivity adds wonderful flexibility with our needs. Outstanding footprint for an all-in-one machine.

Excellent Printing!

Just purchased this printer and I am blown away by the print quality and the many features it has to offer like easy printing from my smartphone. I can hold up to a ream of plain paper or if you prefer, 20 sheets of premium photo paper in cassette 1 and 200 sheets of plain paper in cassette 2. It does all the functions required for an office printer as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
