I was looking for a new printer and I usually get an hp but was looking at the Epson WorkForce WF-3640 and glad that I went with this printer. I was looking for a printer that took heavy card stock and this printer handles it very well. Printing I was very amazed of the color documents and photos that came out. Glad I bought the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have three Epson printers, each one does something different. They each compliment the other two. I will not use non-factory ink and have had not problems. Each is taken meticulous care of. They all do most things extremely well but they all don't do the same things. One is a disk printer, one is a photo negative printer to a positive, and one is a fax machine. Two use the same ink cartridges, the third is different, a little sorry about that. I am a customer that believes that if a problem should occur with one of my printers, Epson will address it at a reasonable expense. None of them is used often or extensively. I rotate the default to make sure they are all in service for some time period. Whatever I get next, you can know it will be an Epson, just don't know what my next different use/need will be. Usually an "All in One" skimps on features somewhere, but not here! This has great printing, paper handling, scanner, network & Wi-Fi capabilities, and fax without compromise at all! I highly recommend!

While I have had this printer a short time, it as worked well. Having two trays is great help. The only problem has been the back paper feeder, which I wanted to use for photo paper, and have yet to have a paper feed straight. It is always on an angle.
