Impossible to hook up!

I have worked on this printer trying to get it recognized and install the software to my computer for 2 hours and it refuses to do it!! I will be calling for help!

No Manual!!!

I realize that manuals are expensive to print but I am just old-fashioned enough that I like to read, in hand, about the features of a piece of equipment and not have to thrash through pages of e-books to find a particular feature that I need. Other than that, it is a high quality, if somewhat noisy, printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We recently got a new modem and the old printer wasn't compatible, so I had looked at all the different ones out ther, and decided on the Epson WF-3640. I needed one that was an AIO and this one was perfect. Glad I got it. The copies are nice and crisp and clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

THIRD PRINTER IN ONE DAY - Finally satisfied

I bought the HP 6962 first, printerhead was already malfunctioning, spent 2 hours troubleshooting, finally took it back.
Brought home the Brother printer, can't remember the model information but while it was a fast printer, that's all it could do. Well, copying was also a function but no scanning and no faxing. That wasn't enough for my home office needs.
Now I'm finally happy and this was easily the fastest install for such a comprehensive device. Epson you've gained a loyal customer. Also, the information for customer service was presented large and easily accessible. The others took quite some time to locate which is a real nuisance. Happy customer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pleased with print quality and features.
Likely should have paid up for a printer with ink reservoirs based on my use.

Just installed printer.. The disk would not boot up and had to download software.. Odd.. but connected and operating properly..
