This is second printer the first one quit on me. Luckily I had an extended warranty. The problem I'm having now is that of maintaining contact (wifi) between my laptop and the printer. This problem has occurred several times. The only solution that I have found is uninstall then reinstall. Very time consuming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this is my 3rd Epson wf3640 in a year. they keep having hardware issues and have to be replaced. customer service has been good but its still a hassle to constantly have to install new printers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this for about 2 weeks now. Having problems getting it to print from the right tray from the computer. Directions are not easy to follow. Have tried many things with no luck. But the coping of multiple front and back pages is great. If I could get it to work right yes I would recommend this to a friend.
