We decided to buy an Epson printer instead of an HP because the cost of the HP ink was getting very expensive. We purchased the WF-3640 and it was so simple to set up. The instructions we easy to follow and the installation went very well. I was not expecting a firmware update, but it too, went very well! It's a very nice printer and the "touch" LCD display panel is very easy to use for various functions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is easy to use, double side printing and faxing. Easiest way to print multiple size papers envelopes and etc with quick easy to slide levers. Wifi and touch screen. Plus all the other standard "printer" things. Great quality prints and copies are so exact you almost mistake the copy for the original. Scans faxes prints plus you have choice of flatbed or tray. Best of all you get two paper trays able to hold 500 of paper. You get the main wow features of a huge office printer at a fraction of the size. Did I also mention how fast it was? Yes I am happy with this printer.

So far my Epson has been the best printer we had in a really long time. It hasn't run out of INK after just a few uses and is doing a great job keeping up with me.
I'm only giving it a 4 star because I feel there is always room for improvements.
