I bought my printer about 5 weeks ago and it works like a charm. Unfortunately, I'm in an area with no cable connection and work off of a hot spot provided by At&T. The connectivity is moderate to poor, which made connecting to my printer difficult. Eventually, I was connected and it has worked fine ever since. Very reliable product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was able to install it and connect it without any help, but will have to use some more help to get it printing. Too soon to provide any impressions but I think I will be happy to get away from your competitor.

The printer is great. The problem is installing it on a network - only one of my five PCs could read the installation disk, and two of them can't even see the printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had my printer for about a year now and love it! I was worried that I couldn't set it up by myself because I'm not computer savvy, but it was very easy.

Average printer, eats ink, slow

You get what you pay for. This was a cheap printer that scans OK, prints OK and copies OK. I don't use the fax. You can't scan more than 10 docs at once while my previous Epson could do 30. Updating software on a PVC is a nightmare while on the Mac it's a breeze. It prints a lot slower than the HP laser and the quality is fine for what I need. The paper jams more frequently than any other printer I've owned. For what I paid and what I use it for, it's OK.

Super Easy Installation

This is our second Epson printer. We definitely needed to upgrade. It was super easy to set up. I hope that we don't go through as much ink as my other Epson. Ink is way too expensive for these printers. I've had my other Epson printer for 7 years and my only complaint was the cost of the ink and how often we had to buy it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
