The previous model that I purchased went bad. The newer model that I purchased also went bad in a short period of time. I just bought the same model of the latest one to give it a third try.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this printer to print out menus for our new business and I love the printer. I bought it because it can do two sided printing so this saves a lot of time. The copies are very clear and sharp. I have not printed any photos yet but hope to try this feature soon. I highly recommend this printer.

I bought this printer about a month ago, and it has worked flawlessly. The only draw back is ink cartridge cost. It is more than I paid for the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Could not get connected from the included Disk Software Driver but Downloaded the Driver online and Printer is now working fine.

Setup Experience

Only lost a star for the lack of clear wireless network setup. Just a couple lines explaining what each of the several setup options does what would have made this a perfect installation experience. Yes, I had to screw around with the menu for a few minutes, but I use my brother's ability to gauge experience and he would have had a much more difficult time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
