My old one was starting to smudge. So I kept my old ink cartidges and bought the same model.

Set Up

Still trying to set up my printer. Of course, as with anything electronic, no matter how well I follow the instructions, there is always a glitch. I am waiting to see the screen asking for me to "choose your type of connection" (wireless), and of course it doesn't appear. Now what?

Install new printer

Just installed today, I am not a computer expert, thought the software installation part of the new printer could be clearer, plug and play would be nice. Printer is installed on my MAC, so far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty easy setup

This was purchased only a few days ago and arrived via UPS yesterday. It was just installed (easily for the tech savvy) to a wireless network. Then, the drivers were installed to the PC via a download from the web from the EPSON site. This is loads easier and faster than using the enclosed DVD.
The printer's working well so far. But it's only been used minimally to scan and copy and print a few things.
I have had an Epson 3540 for years. It's run with no trouble all that time and it why this new one was purchased (for a different location). Hopefully, this one will be as great as the 3540 is.

THIS IS THE ONLY PRINTER I HAVE EVER HAD TO INSTALL WITH DVD. ALL OTHERS I JUST TURNED ON AND THEY LOADED THEM SELVES.

I've had this about three months now. A bit noisy but not enough to want to take it back. It seems to be real stingy with ink usage which is very nice compared to some other printers I had. Easy to set up. Large paper trays. All features working very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
