Red instructions on a gray background

1. Red instructions on a gray background in the Registration section are not very readable and impossible for 10 percent of the male population that are red/green color blind. Red warning statements are worthless. Try a different color and a bolder larger type instead.
2. Tell people what the system will be doing and how much time it will take ahead of time. Help them keep track of the process as a whole.
3. Include in the quick guide where to plug in the USB cable or other critical stuff that is needed for set up. Don't make them look online.

I love this printer. Compare to my old HP, it is fast, and colors are great. It was easy to set up after I found all of the tape holding movable items in place for shipping. Had to scan a multi-page document a couple of days ago and the Automatic Document Feeder made it a snap to create a PDF.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Initial Setup

I just purchased the Epson Workforce WF-3640 today. Got it home and went through the setup and it was a breeze. Printing the test page was very fast. I will post more once I have a bit more time with the unit and all its functions. Love the 2 paper trays though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Smart buy

Easy install and use on all Smart phones-6, Tablets-4, Laptops-4, we can all send commands at once from anywhere, and will be waiting for us at home. No worries of running out of paper, due to extra paper storage.

I haven't used my printer yet. I have just completed the setup process. Set up was fairly simple and easy to follow. I did find a couple of sections difficult to follow. The pictures for installing the ink were a little challenging to understand. Also, I was not able to connect to my wireless without a USB cable. The printer does not come with a Printer USB cable. Not everyone is tech savvy. I am familiar with the process. However, not everyone may know that "USB cable" means you need to have a special printer cable that does not come with the printer. Also, I do not remember reading anywhere that you must have a 2.4 GHZ internet to connect wirelessly. This was not a problem for me, however, if others purchase this peripheral, there may not be able to connect wirelessly due to this requirement. Which would leave them with the inability to use the printer because it doesn't come with the Printer USB cable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this printer 8 months ago... I love it! I print almost everything from my phone... I can scan things to my phone and then text to whoever I want!! It is great!!!
