I have purchased a couple other name brand printers in the past few years. This one is the best quality of print, wireless use and easy to use that I have had. I highly recommend.

do not buy this for photography

I bought this because it said on the box that it did great color photos. That is not true. The photos are absolutely horrible. However, the normal printing is fantastic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Should have bought a box of pencils instead

I followed the set-up instructions included with the printer and it will not print. I hit "print test page" and got "ink system initializing, please wait." I waited 30 minutes, still nothing. I went to set up the FAX and got "printer downloading data, please wait." I waited over an hour, still nothing. This is baloney.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

terrible printer

I have changed the ink a few times. It tells me it needs new ink but there is always a lot left. Lately the black has been very sketchy. I have cleaned it a number of times and it is a fresh ink cartridge but it still does not print cleanly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer was purchased to replace an older Epson printer. I was amazed at the speed and quality of printing. The extra large black ink saves time and money.

Just bought the printer, the setup was very easy. If this printer is as good as my previous workforce printer I'll be very happy.

Best Feature: 2 paper Drawers

I have had this all-in-one since November, 2016 and it is the best I have had. When I first got if the print was especially clear; but I made the mistake of buying other than Epson ink and somehow now , even though I have removed the fraudulent ink, the print is not the same. I have learned my lesson that you really do not save any money and you ruin the main job 'PRINTING'. It is smeary and not very clean looking. I would buy Epson again though.
