I have just unpacked my new Epson Printer and I wanted to let you know how impressed I was at how well it was packaged. Everything was in it's place with tape that had tabs to lift up and didn't really stick to the printer. Just wanted to say really good job!!!! We do notice the little things and they do matter. Thanks!!! Now I am going to enjoy my new printer that I just installed all by my self !!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good little alll-in-one

My WF-3640 was purchased about three months ago to replace a WF-4540 which all of a sudden stopped working. I find the 3640 to be more satisfactory than the HP-8500 and 8600 which I still have in reserve, but the 3640 is a little less satisfactory than the 4540 it replaced in that the letter slot cannot be designated for letters, and the bypass slot can only manage one envelope at a time. Bah! Otherwise I am happy with this printer, although I have just received a replacement 3640 printer as the first one stopped working a week ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just purchased and setup the printer therefore I cannot yet rate the printer. This review is to inform the dissatisfaction with the printed setup instructions and illustrations, I found them unclear and confusing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
