Hard to Install Sofware

I bought this huge printer just yesterday. After installing the software for one
hour, I tried using my scanner. Got some error. Says my printer is not connected
to my computer. I reload my software again, it would not install the firmware, So hard to install it right. Now it seems scanner is working.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and at first it worked fine. But then the scanning feature stopped working. I can no long scan documents into my computer. The FAX feature has never worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fairly painless setup. The inkjet cover gave little bit of a problem because it didn't snap up or down smoothly because of little piece that's to the right side of the cover attached to the printer. Also I had a little difficulty after I entered the date because it didn't seem to want to move onto the next screen but I finally got this to go.

THE CD THAT CAME WITH THE PRINTER WAS OUT OF DATE. IT TOOK HOURS TO FIGURE OUT THE CD WAS BAD, THEN THE FIRMWARE WAS OUT OF DATE. WHAT A DISASTER. THANKS EPSON FOR A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Easy setup, Easy WiFi set up, Very Layperson Friendly

I just bought this printer and so far I am very happy. Epson has made all setup very easy and automated for anyone! It walks you through each step, it asks you questions, it automates the rest. WiFi setup and registration was also very easy using my android. I went to Google playstore, downloaded the Epson app, it identified my WiFi and too care of the rest. I'm ready to go! Now, I need to print! So far, this device has exceeded my expectations. If I have issues, I will update.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had an error message with this machine and the ONLY WAY to have it resolved is to allow for remote access into my computer. I can not begin to express how dissatisfied with this and now have not been able to use my printer for over a month

having to keep RE Down loading hardware

I bought this 6 months ago and I am finding no printer on my device manager every time I go to print THE FAX PART OF WF3640 IS LISTED BUT MY PRNTER IS NOT AND SO FAR 6 TIMES I HAVE HAD TO RE DOWNLOAD FROM EPSON SITE THE 3640 WF PRINTER DRIVER AND UPDATE ,IN ORDER TO PRINT ANY THING . A REAL TIME CONSUMING AND PAIN IN THE BUTT TO HAVE RE DOWN LOAD DRIVER TO PRINT A ANYTHING.
I would recommend this to a friend!
