A definite improvement over past models

I bought the WF-3640 after my WF-3540 stopped working. The user interface is much improved with dedicated keys allowing more information to be displayed on the touch screen. The scan mode is much more dependable and stable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer

I bought this printer three weeks ago and it worked fine after figuring a few tricky settings. Suddenly two days ago it stopped printing and of my Microsoft files, Excell and Word. Everything else prints fine.

Great features, easy to use

The set up instructions were easy to follow. You get your own email address for the printer which enables printing from anywhere. For added security, you crate an authorized user list. The ink doesn't expire and the pages print quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to Setup with a lot of features

The printer was easy to setup the instructions walked you through everything. The printer has a lot of features for the cost. The only thing that is unknown is how long the ink cartridges will last.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased 2 printers for office and home office. Home printer failed within 4 months due to clogged ink ports. Multiple attempts to clean but failed. When attempting to reach Epson payment required for assistance. This is not acceptable business practice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchase printer a month ago and did not know I had to register printer in order to down load CLOUD or OneDrive. Need more information on how to download.

I have only used the printer to print about 200 pages over a 12 month period
the print quality is extremely poor. Wasting a tonne of ink, paper and time going through pointless wizards to fix the problem.
If you love challenges you will love this printer.
Same experience as my last Epson printer - never again!
