After a year of use print quality is poor and a error code appears. Mother board go and makes the printer inoperable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't know why I would I think you can refill the ink carriages, and they would work... figures.

This machine is awesome. I didn't install it til July 2nd. I just found out today that I can preset certain copying features and scan features such as double sided printing, colored or black. I love that it has two trays. I love that you can scan more than one document at a time or copy more than one at a time. My last printer didn't have the top tray - it also has doubled sided printing. I can print from my Ipad or Iphone. I can't say enough wonderful things about this printer. Low cost. The only thing is that the ink is expensive. If I had to answer whether or not I would recommend this.....YES.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased it 90 days ago and have had to hire a computer professional to come out and solve problems and it still doesn't work properly.

2 were purchased and now 2nd one is in need of warranty due to Error Code:0x97. Had issues with printing from day one on both machines... I would give no stars if I could...
