Great features!

This is 2nd one I've had. And they are great printers -for about the first year or so. But then when you scan something to copy, the print becomes blurry, and missing letters, etc. No amount of print head cleaning fixes this problem. I looked for solution online and found out that this issue was due to an overabundance of ink resting on print head so I tried the solution for manually cleaning the print head. The printer quit working.
I'm now in the same position with this one- but to.get it professionally cleaned costs more than buying a new one. Plus it's wasting paper by not completing the print jobs the first time around. So I guess I have to a new printer -and it won't be an Epson. I'm so disappointed in this company. I really thought that Epson was the right way to go.

I only buy Epson products but it has continued to be upsetting that the ink cartridge's continue to dry up and become useless. Please fix this drying issue and I will definitely say this printer is excellent.

This has been the worst printer and software I have ever experienced. I now have gone though the setup and troubleshooting from the Epson manual and tried numerous approaches. Now the WF3460 refuses to print even a test page more than once or twice out of 10 attempts. When I finish this setup and registration try, it will be heaved into the dumpster and the word Epson will be cursed and remove from my environment and to the best of my ability from the vocabulary of every person in my circle of acquittances, businesses and family. I am very experienced with the technology having served as IT support, computer marketing, hardware design, and corporate director for many firms over the 76 year span of my life and careers. When I press enter at the end of this sentence I will be surprised if Epson remains in my world 30 minutes more. I am disgusted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i purchased the printer and immediately was pleased on how easy it was to use, it prints beautifully and the scan and fax is wonderful to have as well and the ink is so affordable its unbelievable. I also love how it is just as durable as a commercial grade printer and yet doesn't take up a whole section of the room. Thank you Epson for making such a wonderful machine

Hi I got this printer as a replcement printer. I had to spend $0. because the board burned out or something. I just want to say that your customer service and your honest policies that you stand behind your products is the main reason why I keep purchasing Epsom printers for the last 20 years. Thank you!
