Easy set up

This was one of the easiest printers I have ever set up. All instructions were very clear and worked smoothly. This printer is user friendly!

Wishful thinking

I have owned just about every type of printer here and in the Philippines. The last one lasted about a year, just out of warranty. This one is still working fine even with the extended use that the others did not get. Just hoping that it will continue to run. I also got this because an employee of Staples recommended it.

Overall great all in one. Good printing quality. Printer ink is cheaper than my previous Artisan 810. Had some issues with set-up, however Epson technical support was outstanding.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sheet Feeder

The printer in of itself is a great printer. I bought it for the single sheet feeder to print on cardstock. I have tried to follow the directions but am still unable to get the cardstock to pull through correctly. Love that the ink is dry when it finished printing

Firmware Failure

One month into our ownership we had a serious firmware failure that resulted in total replacement of this unit. The printer began printing an unsolicited job "receipt" on EVERYTHING we copied or printed. The scanner still worked but the printer is being replaced. We are waiting for our new unit and hope it will be better. We like the quality of Epson prints - usually. This is unusual, and we will continue to use Epson products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Epson WorkForce WF-3640 all-iin-one printer

My old Epson photo printer bit the dust and I needed something in a hurry that would do acceptable graphics for a booklet that had a deadline. I wanted wireless capability and after reading the reviews, decided on this printer. I got a great deal, setting it up did take some time, but I had no problems following the directions, even the wireless. Once I figured out how all the functions worked, I have been very satisfied. It's not a photo printer, but for a home business, it more than does the job.

Driver won't load

I bought this yesterday and after all of my efforts the driver will not load on my machine, it won't load from the disk that was supplied, not from the utility software from the website, and windows does not have a printer driver for the 3640. I am about to pack in up and send it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
