Printer great value, difficult to install

Printer is a great value with all the features it come with. Installing the drivers was too difficult. I spent 3 hours trying to get the printer installed, wirelessly, with no success. I called technical support and with their help, I got it working. What they had me do was nothing like what was in the instructions. Installation on the second PC was done in a matter of minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson WF 3640

I have only recently started using this printer so I have limited experience with all of its functions. I have not hooked up the fax. It is quick printing a document, and is just as quick printing a photo. The speed is outstanding, as is the quality of the print. Photos come out great. I love the quality of the prints. This is my third Epson printer and each time in upgrading I have had the pleasure of getting a better machine. For photos, Epson is great!

What motivated my selection

Hello, I'm a personal home user, that always desires a printer when I have a laptop. Also, so desired a printer that could print things from my other electronic devices including my cell phone.
So, I was searching for a replacement for my yr. 2006 printer that had jammed permanently for me. I needed one that could be easily accessed re clearing jams. And, I knew that I wanted a tangible button for stopping the printing. I finally chose this one. Also, it has the versatility of taking Ether net (LAN), as well as, USB besides wireless WI-FI. Also, envelopes and special paper can easily be printed by using a back slot.
The double tray factor looked great, it wasn't a priority, but what a treat. I can stash it with envelopes or put photo paper in it. Or, use it for an increased supply of plain paper, or selectively use it for letter head etc.
I've been making good use of it even within the first few days of having set it up. Now I'm learning how to have Cloud Printing. This will eventually provide prints from tablets etc. Also, I can print to it and see it later when I come home, plus other nifty treats.
