Installation and set up instructions are fine. Need a line that tells owner to follow prompts on the screen as well. Need clarity as to where to plug in the computer USB - not clear from current diagram. Other than that, good job!

Too log to setup

This printer is good, but it takes entirely too long to setup. from the beginning there was NO ink coming out so I had to conduct 4 Printhead cleanings in order to get ink on the paper. Then I had to align it. SMH..... Printhead alignment and cleaning, 6 minutes plus each. other processes as well. It has to be a better way. In the end, it prints.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product (I think), but a bear to install. Mainly because the instructions are inadequate--it took me two hours to interpret what little detailed info you provided and figuring the rest out myself.
Poor introduction to a new product.

CD came only for Windows and not for Mac computers which took some time to figure out. Had to go online for Mac driver

Cannot be connected wirelessly or with wire.

The home button absolutely not working. It can be set up for printing but will not print even with wire.

Dumbest "Feature" ever invented - Auto Off

I had this model previously and liked it so when it quit I bought another. But the latest has a so-called "Feature" that automatically turns the printer off after 8 or 12 hours...and there is now way to disable it! I have a home office and work at any time of day or night and it seems like this darn printer is always off whenever I want to use it. It is so irritating that I just may not ever buy another Epson printer again. Come on, Epson! Let ME decide!
