WF3620- Great and easy to use for novice
on February 29, 2016

Took time to use unit before I write a comment. I can now state the WF3640 is very easy to setup, easy for novices to use, connected very easily to router, prints well, and the most surprising on how fast the WF3640 copies an 8X10 photograph. My older office combo took at least 5 minutes to output a page copied from a photograph . Almost immediately after pushing copy the copied photograph was printed in fine detail!

Epson's Slick Setup
on March 8, 2016

At present I want to review my new Epson printer's ease of setup. Having purchased and/or setup a lot of printers for myself and others over the last 25+ years, I can say that some companies still don't know how to make it simple and intuitive--but Epson does. Assuming operating it is as easy as the setup turned out, my new printer should be great. Thank you, Epson!

it's OK, but...

I wanted to replace my laser printer because it had stopped being able to communicate with my laptop once I got Windows 10. I loved my laser printer. But I didn't have the cash for a laser printer, so I bought this, hoping it's claims about print quality were true. UNTRUE. NOT TRUE, the claims. Large fonts are not crisp on the edges. Images don't print so well. For example, I pasted an image of a plate into a Word doc. The plate had a reflection of light on it. When it prints, it just looks mucky white there. It prints fast. The cartridges are not expensive. It's OK, but...

Poor connectivity

Nice printer when it works. It seems every time I want to use this printer via wifi, I need to re-enter my router credentials. This has become way more trouble than it's worth and I now have essentially a boat anchor that resembles a printer. So I'm still searching for a reliable wireless printer, if anyone has any suggestions.

I like Epson products. I use them more now than before. I would recommend Epson products for its user friendliness. But, I have to say, the printer ink is too small and too expensive.

The printer works well but the color has never been good. We bought new cartridges and it still does not print correct colors.

Difficult to set up; incomplete set instructions. Once set up, it's easy to use and reduces my work load. Mal
