setup not good

I had to try the setup on two different computers and quite frankly, it was neither easy nor fun. I am still trying to uninstall the software from one notebook and I still cannot see the thing on my network. needs significant work on the install. Also I don't think home address and phone nmber should be part of my required product registration. too invasive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy setup, beautiful printing

This is a replacement for a different brand printer. The set up instructions were extremely good and the process was simple and quick. The quality of the print is just excellent. I would recommend this printer to anyone. I like that the scanning, fax and print are all in one and easy to access. I chose this printer because my husband has an Epson and it is wonderful. The no smudge ink is really no smudge. I also like that the printer can take legal size paper! Don't need it much, but nice to have when I do. Love it.

replacement working perfectly

item arrived well packed initially but failed to initialize because the ink cartridge holder had come off the track. a quick call to epson and a replacement arrived within a few days. new unit works as expected which is to say in fine epson tradition!

great printer all in one

I love the features, great printer,however it seems slower on receiving the signal to print. I had Artisan 810 and it was starting to print sooner than WF.
I love the printer anyway because if its variety of features. The Artisan did not have all these possibilities in my opinion. I am happy with Epson. I have been buying only Epson printers because of the quality.
