Easy Breezy

Not being an overly Techy chick, I was a bit nervous to tackle setting up my printer. However, instructions were easy to follow, and thorough. I still screwed things up, so needed to call the help line. Grace, the girl who helped me, was very patient and helped me get everything set up. A positive experience. Ready to start using my new printer....I have had Epson before and am a big fan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

am really very happy with the product and the help desk. The help desk is always very friendly. Once set up it is very easy to use the printer.

Great all-in-one; fast, lots of features

User-friendly, easy to set up, intuitive controls, and FAST printing! I am very happy with my Epson all-in-one. It works well via wired connection, wifi, and even via Apple airprint. I can't yet tell if it will use up excessive amounts of ink - the first black cartridge ran out quickly- but that's the only concern so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The best injet on the market.

The WF-3640 has Wowed me. This is the most quite, fast and prints like a laser I have ever owned. Also Epson customer service is the bench mark of the industry.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have not been able to use my printer since I set it up for some unknown reason. I have At&t wireless internet but the printer does not work
