Barely adequate

The description and the hype that the printer is easy to set up and use if pure fantasy. In reality nothing about setting up this device is easy. The CD disk with drivers will not even boot up in the computers, or any of my other computers CD drive. There are a thousand downloads on line and it is almost like finding a Leprechaun's pot of Gold when you accidentally find the right one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WENT THROUGH ALL THE how-to's and at the end (with no errors) the wireless feature does not work.

my old printer is dead, and yours is as good as dead until I can get to the store to buy a printer cable (not included) since your wireless setup feature is not really working. I'm up late to get a project done, and so I need to wait NINE (9) hours until any store is open and I can continue to work.
*IRRITATED*

I use it every day in personal computer activity. I am sure I do not use all its capabilities, but it has done everything ask of it. Ink changes are easy.

My new WF-3640 Installed Smooth!!!

I have used a WF-3540 All-In-One for over three years and have been very happy. However, the color printhead failed and it cost about 2X a new printer price to get it repaired.
So, I bought a new WF3640. It installed like a dream. Step by step and very intuitive. Congrats to the development team. I look forward to several years for solid scanning, printing, and copies. Especially copying photos.
I would recommend this to a friend!

1st photo printed came out horrible

I hope I just had the settings wrong and this is not how all my pictures are going to come out?
I look forward to reading the directions, but if this is a printer that does not do high performance pictures I mat have to return it.

power button has a short life

I like the EPSON WF3640F but I was surprised that just after a year of use the power button does not work anymore. It should not have this short life

I have been displeased with the performance of the WF - 3640 after upgrading from a WF - 3620
The Printer keeps going "Offline", stops printing half way thru a page, and prints duplicate pages without being asked to do so
The Printer keeps changing back to 2-sided copying by its self
The Printer takes too much time to Scan and Print multiple paged items
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

following the direction that came with the printer. This was the easy's printer that I have ever installed.
It worked like it was supposed to the very first time.
