Great Printer

We bought this printer because of the Epson name but, the features and the clarity of this printer are fantastic! This was purchased for work and now I'm thinking of purchasing one for home. Fast print speeds, color printing, scanning, and double-sided printing right at my desk, can't think of anything better!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the two trays, and the through put slot for photo paper. Output is excellent quality. The unit appears the be well built and sturdy. Set up was relatively painless. Works with all of my devices, android cell phones, samsung and ipad tablets, and laptops.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Machine fine, directions lacking

The machine work fine. The directions take you to a certain point and then they leave you. It expects that you will know how and where to go. I am not a computer geek and I do not anticipate becoming one, but the lack of information in setting this printer up to me is appalling. The technical writing classes I have taken this would fail.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good if you're not using Windows 8.1 64-bit

We just got this printer and it works great for our desktop with Windows 7. However, I cannot get the printer driver installed for my newer laptop with Windows 8.1 64-bit.
I download the driver, but Windows says "This App cannot run on your machine" - but no reason why.
I also tied to simply connect to the printer via USB, but once Windows finds the device, it says "Driver is Unavailable".
If you're using Windows 8.1 successfully, please let me know how. Otherwise, avoid this printer until the drivers are fully supported.

So Easy!

This printer is awesome! This is the first printer I've owned, and it was incredibly easy to set up! I was worried about setting it all up on my own, but it was so simple. My prints look amazing, I recommend this printer. It does everything I need it to do at home, and more!

I bought one for my small business and was so impressed I bought a second one for my home. Easy to set up, prints very fast and color is great. Replacement ink cartridges are inexpensive too. Great deal for the price.
