I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANY OF MY FRIEND & FAMILY MEMBERS. YOU CAN DO A LOTS OF THINGS WITH, YOU CAN EVEN USE YOUR TABLET OR I*PHONE EVEN HAS A BLUE TOOTH DEVICE ON IT. I just tried using my blue tooth on it , it works wounderfull a great tool to use.
i recommend to any one that is out there.

The printer was easy to set up and doesn't require that it be connected to the computer in order to print giving me more room in my office, specifically more room on my desk. The ink is not as easy to replace as one would hope, but easy enough I would say. Ink is super expensive, almost as much as the printer was when I first bought it. Its crazy that printers have become "disposable" and its the ink that is so expensive.

Document Feeder Quit Working

Initially, I was very pleased with this printer. After about 1 year, the document feeder quit working. Every time I put even one page in the feeder, I would get an error message saying paper jam when there was no paper jam. Trying to put in several sheets was hopeless. I also noticed that the print quality was not accurate. A line of text would suggest that the printer heads had not been aligned properly producing distortion in the text.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm not sure at this point how many times I have had to go through so much just to print any more. This has become a weekly problem of being unable to print from my computer.

Horrible set up.

Horrible set up. won't setup as wireless, have tried for 2 days now. followed all directions and still have to use cable, scanner won't work. So far, not happy with product at all
