Purchased mainly for the scanning with ADF 2 sided feature. It works very well and is fast. Two or three paper jams were cleared quickly with no problem. Have scanned about 50 multi page (10 - 20 pages each) and am satisfied with speed and performance and ease of directing scan results (PDF) to where I wanted to save them. Printing is fine but have only printed 15 to 20 pages. Have connected via USB and have not use it wireless as was told that scanning is faster that way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WF3640 FAX problems

Following the instructions for setting up my printer w/ my wireless set up and particularly w/ an answering machine it doesn't work. Additionally, I am using an OOMA system for my land line hook-up, which may compound the issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Getting Started-setup

Followed all their directions. Got to the part where you insert a disc into your computer. All it does is take you to their website, albeit, it did recognize my Apple OS. It told me what to download, which is REAL confusing; I assume the driver package, but then there's approximately 6 Utilities. I tried downloading almost all. The driver combo package downloaded and installed.
I guess your done...oh, did you want to actually connect your computer to your printer? Yea, that's the answer I'll give the next time their 'support' is open. First must wait for 4-day holiday..BTW, they ask or will ask for everything from your first born on. Be careful! Much more invasive than a printer needs to be. Did make a decent copy....

I have high hopes for this printer and so far it been easy to work with. Instruction could be more easier, all Epson connect and Google print options could be easier to setup. Print quality, speed and all functions are great except when scanning from control panel there is option for scan to computer and scan to computer with (WDS) and so far these functions are not working and I have searched support site and read help file but no clear instructions are found. I will be calling support and see if they help me.
Over all product is excellent even though its only been couple of days. I have tested mobile printing, google cloud print, remote print, scan to google drive and evernote and no issues what so ever.
I will re-visit and update review once I talked to support.
