Easy set up

I just set up my new printer and didn't shed one tear! The enclosed CD walked me through the process. I use a Work Force 360 at work and love it. This influenced my decision to purchase the WF 3640. I'm looking forward to putting this printer to good use.

I purchased this printer last night and installed it today. I was a little apprehensive about the install as the written instructions were pretty sparse however, once I did the initial setup, loaded ink & paper, the install disc self loaded and walks you through the process. I printed a few test sheets and was pleased with the quality and print speed. I'll test the fax and copy function later but predict no problems. A nice, versatile printer.

Relatively easy instillation for me and I am not a computer geek. Print quality is good. MAC address is under Wi-FI/network status for those of you who need to know. That is always the hardest thing for me to find.

Paper Cassette Tray problems

I have tried to print, but repeatedly receive an error message "Insert Cassette 1 correctly". I have check the paper, guides, and reinserted the cassette several times and still the error message appears.
This machine is frustrating to use. It is the second one the company has send me. The other one had problems with the automatic feeder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great All Around Performance

I have used Epson scanners and printers for sometime now and the Workforce WF-3640 has proven in all functionality to be another top quality product. This unit is used for both personal and business applications and has exceeded all of my expectations. Easy to setup in both wireless and ethernet profiles, print and scan output quality is great with vibrant colors in both text and photo products. Highly recommended!!

Great All-in-One

Prints, scans, copies and scans well. Way more than I need but it was on sale and the tech support is outstanding. The plus on this is that the cover is hinged so that it can be raised to scan albums and books! LOVE THE 2 sided printing!
