Out of all my years dealing with printer installations, the installation of the WF-3640 has been the easiest ever hands down. Wow what an experience. Highly recommend this printer for installation and what I have printed out are exceptional...

EASY Set-up!

Remember to work thru the onscreen prompts to complete/enable operations. Set-up for two different computers -- MAC & Windows, were a dream. Have not yet tried printing photos, so can't say how sharp (or not), they emerge.

The Workforce WF-3640 is a very nice printer and easy to setup. The wireless network connected flawlessly and it was the easiest network connectivity I've ever experienced.

Great All-in-one

This is my 4th Epson printer and they just keep getting better and better with each upgrade I purchase. Setup was very simple and the quality of printing is amazing. As with any inkjet, the cost of the ink seems outrageous, but the Epson inks seem to last about twice as long as the competition I was using.
I don't think you will regret purchasing this great home office multifunction printer.

WF-3640

This is my fifth Epson product and so far this one is not as reliable as my other purchases.
It was extremely easy to install and the user interface is very nice although I do have some difficulty in selecting the correct software button on the screen (but this is my fault as I am constantly pushing a little higher than I should be).
The problem seems to be the USB port. It intermittently stops recognizing the device and then the system will beep and restart. This is problematic for me as I map a network drive to the USB memory and then use the device as a network scanner (just like my previous WF that is now upstairs). I had updated the firmware as soon as I set it up. Today the USB port is completely unrecognized by the WF. I have restarted and tried several memory sticks to no avail. I did however just find out that there is a new firmware version so maybe that will solve this problem. Here's hoping!!
Otherwise the printer is very fast and the colours are vibrant even on regular paper. Seems to be another great product although I may have got one that is not quite perfect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
