good function, responsive phone support, good user function. Installation instructions could have more details (especially removal of tabs from ink cartridges)and initial/simplified/default set up steps.
A copy of user manual would be good.
Print quality very good, especially black and white.
Color is good.

This printer has everything you need for home usage.
Prints good color, 2 sided copies.
Holds two trays of paper.
I have not tried the fax component yet,
as I have no need to fax anything from
my home .

I have been an Epson fan since the Stylus 640.
Still use a Stylus Photo R340. Also own a Perfection V6000 Photo scanner.

My husband and I are seniors and it was easy for us to set up this printer including the fax portion. We love the great photo prints.

Setup - no problem

I purchased this product, brought it home, hooked it up and it is working great. Time from beginning to end - less than 30 minutes. Simple setup, nice option for wps that wasn't mentioned in the instructions but it works just fine. Anyone with a small amount of networking experience will have no trouble with the setup. As for the printing and reliability, too early to tell. Test print looks great.

Clear/sharp printing, ink doesn't smudge when highlighted with a marker. Easy set-up. Sturdy construction. Great that is has capability for legal paper. Bonus that it has 3 separate color ink cartridges - no waste! Would highly recommend for product in this price range.
