It is working as it should

The printer was mostly easy to setup. I just connected it to an Ethernet port on my router and then stepped thru the menu on the printer LCD. The PC software DVD was easy to install on my PC. The one thing I did find surprising was that my old IPAD required no additional software and the Epson was available on it. As far as I can tell I did not do anything special to get the IPAD to work.
So for me the bottom line was that this printer is getting the job done.

I have a new Epson Model WF-3640. It's a real powerhouse printer. I still don't know how to scan a document into my computer. I was able to fax many documents at one time. It seems like it's a great printer, I need to learn how to run it.

This printer is something I have needed for a long time. Our 5200 was still working when I traded for this one. The WF was my most concern but it was a snap. I don't expect any other problems as I have confidence in Epson printers and I can fix most problems I encounter.

We were looking for something to replace our WorkForce 630 that we purchased 9 years ago to print our wedding invites. We have only had this printer a couple days on our network and we already love it. It is quick and does everything we need it to do like double siding pages and collating big print jobs. I am quite pleased with the photo quality as well. We use this printer both for personal/work (my husband is in the Army and uses it to print reports and counseling statements) and for school for our whole family since I am a full time nursing student.
For the price, it just can't be beat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using Epson photo printers for years. Never any regrets about my purchases. I needed a home based general printer/scanner/copier for work and didn't hesitate one second about getting the Epson 3640 printer. Looking forward to many years of dependable use.

good buy for the money

we bought this model to replace our 10 year old printer. This one prints faster and the two trays make for easier printing of photos and documents without having to reload the proper paper type. The front panel with the number keypad and touch screen and menus make for fast easy use.

I am very impressed with the speed of operation of this unit. The colors seem a little faded. I cannot get the interface to work with scanning. So I like it, but there are issues that need to be resolved.
