I am having a terrible time getting it hooked up to do Faxes and print from my computer. I have a technician from my cable company coming out to help me get set up. I hope it's all I want in a printer/Fax etc all-in-one Printer.

the print quality and speed is fine. I cannot get the wi-fi to work without turning off the printer and restarting every time.

I have had many printers, most of them another national brand that is supposed to be #1, and they have all let me down within 2 years; some of them within 3 months. The Epson brand, on the other hand has been terrific. My brother bought one 2 years ago & it has been going strong without a glitch. So has my best friend. I'm looking forward to many years of use with my new Epson.

For the most part, this printer is somewhat easy to install. However, the quick guide is insufficient to help someone to get going. It relies on faulty information about the printer at power up. In an effort to save paper (per the agent in Manila) they don't print much in the quick guide.
I gave a 3 star rating because I was forced to call Epson support for assistance. If the "quick guide" had been properly written, I would not have had to call into tech support for assistance in setting up the printer.
Note: I am installing this printer for a Koran War Veteran who is technically challenged on this type of computer hardware.
