Good quality and set up is a breeze. The operating system ISO intuitive and it's a touch screen. Very useful bright and vivid LCD. All in all great printer.

No color control

When I try to print from my computer there is no way to control the quality of the print job. Blacks are readable, but the colors are barely visible. I have followed the instructions for cleaning the print heads, like it says up to four times, with no improvement. Is there something missing in the set up from the DVD you provided?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Forgiveness required for set-up frustrations

A few words offensive to God were uttered. We will view the video on the Epson site tomorrow and give it another try. I have been doing this computer thing at work and at home for forty years as technology increases and my comprehension at 81 has experienced a bit of roll-off. We shall prevail.... ultimately (probably after a call to your customer service.) We have used Epson products for most of these 41 years).

Excellent Printer

After reading or listening to many reviews from many sectors, all of which said this was THE printer, especially for the money, I agree. It's fast. It prints on two sides. It's user friendly. And, so far, it doesn't seem to use ink like it's free. I am very pleased with this purchase.

From a novice user, The Work-Force set-up was simple by either USB or WIFI. If it fails you did something wrong, recheck. The WF prints quick and clear; even for photos, to me quality paper quality results. I recommend this for personal and office use. Scanning messages or fax works well.

I love this printer for printing from my ipad or phone and faxing or copying. It is a treasure. Recently, my laptop was down and I could still print important documents from my other devices. For what I do, it is perfect!
