Lack of user information.

This product, as well as most other electronic products don't include any printed beginners instructions. I suppose that manufacturers assume that purchasers already know how to basically use what they sell. I've had this printer for 3 months and still cannot figure out why it functions like it does? It is not user friendly without some instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to install with my MAC no issues with downloading software and the walk thru was simplistic

Epson WF-3640 setup

Instructions a bit difficulty for this dinasour as to its NOT being connected to computer for set up. Sister helped me as she has Epson.
No instructions telling you WHEN to connect to computer. You just had to wing it.
Prefer hands on instructions for using printer.
Haven't used enough to determine reference to a friend.

Still not printing from anywhere in the house. Printed the first day, and so far, nothing more. Downloaded new drivers today, hoping for the best. Soon it will go back.
Required wires for hooking up via USB were not included, so I have not tried that route. That wire needed to be included. It would have saved the probable return of the product!

DVD supplied with the WF3640

If this DVD works, I cant figure it out. From the first menu I select "English". From the next menu, I select "Printer". I try to play the disk and receive a message "No files available to play back". If you have instructions, please send them to my email address.
The instructions on the internet indicate that there is a "DONE" button to to push when you are ready to send a fax. There is not a "Done" button on this printer. Now what? I do not the patience to wait wait the extended minutes to talk with a representative. Send me something via email. "Moral rights" in your terms and conditions requires definition. I accept your terms and conditions to the extent of my "Legal Expertise" which means that I would require legal council to understand and interpret what it is that you are saying in your "Terms and Conditions".

Great versatility,quality,price combo

I had used Epson products with great success in the past. However, due to promotions by other manufacturers, etc. I drifted away. I purchased a WF-3640 a few months ago and was immediately very impressed with this moderately priced all-in-one. So impressed that I purchased a second one when it went on sale recently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Once setup wirelessly, this printer is head and shoulders above the others types(un-named!) that I have owned over the years .It is to early to give it 5 stars, but definitely 4 stars for its easy, accurate and crisp print jobs thus far !

This is a very quick machine that produces very crisp copies. Setup was easy and the online help was quite good. I would recommend this for anyone even a small office.
