Was super easy to install, even for non-techy 65+ grandma with occasional needs for printing and copying. Fast, love copy feed.

The above printer was really great and I loved it - that is, until I had to change ink cartridges. My hands are full of black ink and the cartridges were much too difficult to install. Otherwise the printer works like a charm. Messages read: "ink cartridges not installed properly." There must be an easier way to perform this task. Meanwhile, I don't know what else I can do and now I do not have a workable printer. PLUS I have literally destroyed 2 cartridges and wasted hours of attempts to change cartridges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I never purchased an Epson before but I am very glad I did this time.This model offers a very easy to use envelope feature allowing my secretary to print everything without changing trays or feeders. Print quality is excellent and it comes with ample start up cartridges.It is very compact.The price is excellent and it is a wonderful value. It is very reliable so far , no jams, and I am going to buy another shortly.

My All-in-1 Epson Printer

love love love it!!!! Can't say enough good things about it. It's a GREAT printer at a great BARGAIN. Works like a charm!!! its just perfect for our little families needs. Its a top of the line printer that does it all ie... copies, scans, fax and prints great!!!! I've had this printer for over a year now and have had no problems!!! We use it almost daily for printing documents from our laptop computer. Simple and easy to use. Manual is easy to understand. Replacing and installing the ink cartridge is a breeze, quick simple and easy to do. Anyone can figure it out and do it!!!! Thanks Epson for making a high quality printer that's easy to use, works properly and will last for many years to come.

Like the fact that printer has multiple paper trays and programmable presets. Print quality, on the other hand has never been good. Midway through the first set of Epson supplied ink cartridges, sections of print started missing from all three color heads. On third set of cartridges with no change after many cleanings. I have not had time to contact Epson regarding this issue, due to work. If they correct the problem, review will be updated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
