PRINTER WORKS WELL WITH PROBLEM IDENTIFYING PAPER TRAY WHEN PRINTING PHOTOS. CAN'T FIND THE PROPER TRAY. ALSO HAVE TO RESET PRINTING PREFERENCES EACH TIME.

Just bought this today. The print output is very nice, almost laser quality. Setup was very easy. connected to my network nicely, and Wi-Fi is good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Power Cord

There was no power cord in new box although "Start Here"instructions #1 Unpack: shows one.
Printer test shows quality printing.

I recently purchased an Epson printer that had a hardware issue out of the box. The Epson support team walked me through and verified the issue. They sent a replacement out immediately and all is good. The printer was extremely easy to setup.
You can buy products from many companies BUT service after the sale is paramount. Epson gets a BIG 10!!

New Printer

We just got the Epson Workforce WF-3640 printer yesterday and got it going today. So far we are very pleased with it. The setup was so easy, as all we had to do was follow the little Epson onscreen guide. It told you exactly what steps to take and in what order. Once we had it setup we printed a test sheet and it came out great - looking just like the original sheet did. This is the first time we have had a printer with a little screen on it and we love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy Install

just a touch of your fingertips - this Epson printer couldn't be any easier to install - took less than 15 minutes to install and configure to my MAC laptop and my Windows desktop.

So Far So Good

I've had my printer for one month. The set up was not intuitive and involved many steps. Once set up, however, this printer has met and exceeded my expectations.
Regular printing (color and BW) is excellent quality and with good speed. Scanning is good quality, but quite slow when sending the file to the computer. It is faster if saving to a thumb drive attached to the printer. The two-sided printing feature works well, but takes awhile if you have long documents. (It is fun to watch it suck the page back in for the second side. I keep expecting it to eat the paper, but so far no creases or bites.) I really like the remote printing from my laptop on a different floor of my house.
The replacement ink cartridges are expensive (as they were for my previous non-Epson printers). I haven't yet figured out how to make it draw from the second tray for printing; happily the top drawer slides out smoothly for paper changes. I haven't tried to use it for faxing yet.
Overall, I am very happy with this printer and think it is a good value for the money.
