Got this printer online and on sale. It was easy to set up and even though I'm not a geek, got it on my network for printing. The quality is great although I haven't tried it for photos.
Recommend.

Nice looking printer. Easy set up. All the features I could want and more. Like the extra feed paper trays,wireless connectivity and fax from printer/Computer. Great price also. Mr. James D. Johnson.

This is my second Epson All-In-One Printer, it is the WorkForce WF-3640. And, it is an excellent printer. And, user friendly
I needed assistance with the Initial Product Setup and received excellent technical help. Two technicians from Manila in the Philippines named Summer and Jenn were very, very helpful. They were patient and answered all my concerns. Thank you Summer and Jenn.
Epson makes an exceptional product and their organization at all levels reflect this.

GETING STARTED

I GO TO SET UP THE PRINTER AND IT WANT GET PAST SETTING THE DATE. FRUSTRATED. I GET THE PRINTER BECAUSE I NEEDED TO USE IT IMMEDIATELY AND I AM ALWAYS PRESSED FOR TIME WITH THE DISABLED CHILDREN. SHOULDN'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS.

I have been using this printer for over a year. It's been a great printer. This is used in my home not an office situation. I use it to scan, copy and print documents (no faxing). I have been very happy with this printer for the way I use it. It does a great job of feeding and printing on two sides. I don't think I have had a single paper jam. It copies easily, and the scanner works great. No problems.

7 hour to set up printer

unable to set up exceed your vision work force 3640 printer either window 10 or xp 7 . used cd and internet down load drivers. I might add that i'm going to spent a little more time on set up, then I just might throw it in the trash. I'm see that no one it really ready to see up their printers without a whole bunch of grief. sure wish your soft ware was as good as you thought it was.
