Easy to set up, great customer service with set up. use of product with remote access successful. Phone fax works well. Cost of product excellent. Replacement ink cartridges comparable or less than other products. Purchased this product on whim at the store , "OnSale" ... I am very glad i did..

Confusing Set Up

I'm in my 60's and used to being provided with a detailed product manual. It took me 3 hours just to install the cartridges, follow the instructions on the DVR and print my first page. I moved up from an Epson Work Force 615 because I thought that would make installation easier. It didn't. I still can't figure out how to scan to an email or use the fax part of this device. Maybe with time I'll get used to it.

Clogged black

The printer is not fixable after a little over a year, clogged black which cannot be fixed except at a service center which is over 250 miles from Seattle area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazed at features, speed, and low coat!

I replaced an older and lesser-featured Workforce printer (that my son is taking to college) with this newer upgraded model. Wow, am I ever glad I did! This printer is screaming fast, excellent quality printing AND has fax and print--all accessible through all my computers and mobile devices. Paper trays offer option to preload legal, or any other size, including photo paper. My husband saw it perform and went out and bought one for his satellite work office. Ink isn't cheap, but the XL cartridges print 1100 copies and the ink is archival quality. Highly recommend for a sole proprieter or small business wanting a full-featured all-in-one to handle daily print, copy, and fax needs without breaking the bank on a laser printer or a leased business machine.

Third time is a charm. This is the third printer I have tried. The goal was WiFi printing. Epson delivered. The others had snag after snag in set up.

Setup was fairly easy; however, i did not appreciate providing my address and phone number to you. As you know many companies are hacked all the time, this is one more opportunity for someone to gain my personal information.

Decent unit

I've had some issues with photo print quality, a non-intuitive print interface, and instructions.
That said, it's not a dedicated photo printer. As a general business printer/scanner, it's been reliable and problem-free.
