Just What They Promised and more....

I am a busy Real Estate Broker and my old HP crashed in the middle of a busy week (right after I received the extra ink cartridges I purchased, of course). I researched and ordered the HP Officejet Pro 8610, I was pleasantly surprised. It is larger then my old 6500 however as advertised it is more powerful and the print quality is very good. I find the controls to be a lot more user friendly then my old machine, and its fast. HP also impressed me by crediting me for the ink I purchased for my old machine so I could order ink for my new one. Kudos to HP,,,,
I would recommend this to a friend!

Toughto load paper and swich between sizes

It is a real hassle to switch between paper sizes. Changing cartridges is not always easy as the cartridge holder doesn't always move into position like it is supposed to do. I really miss my 7510.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a printer that printed absolutely great. I purchased this printed because I wanted 1 printer that printed color and black. this printer is not as fast as my old printer and it doesn't print out all pages at once. it hesitates and I have no clue why. when faxing it does one page at a time instead of continuing to copy and fax at the same time which makes it take much longer. the quality of the print job once it does finish printing is good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

software problems I think, the ads on the right side are superimposed over the copy I print: also sometimes only 1/2 of the message is printed (not centered correctly) R side is eliminated.
Maybe you can suggest a fix...thanks HP has been very helpful in other matters.
