An outstanding printer. Prints faster than my 8500 did. Set-up was easy and it connected to my wireless router with no problems. All functions work without having to re-load software or contact customer service. Set-up was simple. Just followed the set-up software directions

Vast improvement on the 8600

I had the 8600 and encountered some "false paper jam" messages that were extremely frustrating. I never found out exactly what was wrong - some say it was a faulty sensor, but HP took it back and this 8610 works like a charm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very nice printer. Love the automatic two sided printing and e-printing. Would have liked a feature that allow me to add one page without having to open the paper box. Easy to set up.
