I was very upset when my old HP printer gave up the ghost but am very pleased with my new 8610E All-in-One.

This printer was easy to set up and connect to the network. My husband prints from his PC and I print from my Mac without any problems. I have not yet learned how to use all of its features but printing, copying, and scanning all work well and are easy to use.
However, it is a real pain to change paper in the paper tray for printing on different kinds of paper, letterhead, photo, envelopes, note cards, etc. A second tray (an option) would help some. It is just awkward to remove the tray, take out the paper, put in your specialty media, put the tray back, print or copy, remove the tray, take out the specialty media, replace your regular paper, and reinsert the tray.

Easy to use with great features

Since I have used many HP printers and have the 8620 myself, I purchased this for my husband. Although he is rather technologically challenged, it is rather easy to use for him. Great printer & fax.

I replaced an older hp printer. This model was easy to set up - practically set itself up. It is very fast at printing in either color or b&w. Very good quality print.

Our HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer replaced a HP Officejet 6700 e-All-in-One Printer. The 8610 is a lot faster and smarter. Set up was a breeze, it basically set itself up.
