I already used the printer for work and this was for my home. As I work for HP it is awesome to have exceptional products. I would like to be able to provide this printer to everyone who needs and great need. You have my VOTE!

This is my third HP all in one, and it is head and shoulders better than the prior two. It stays connected for long periods and performs quickly and correctly. I am very happy with it, and the price was right.

Ink issues

Arrived with starter ink that had exploded in the package. We had ordered extra ink but it wouldn't work in the printer. It was almost impossible to get some one on the phone at customer service. When I called the line to place an order I got a person. The first person I spoke with said I would have to wait for someone to call me back. (Someone from technicians group). She stated that it would be 24 to 48 hours before they would call back. After speaking with a supervisor it was rectified. The printer is great but it needs to be able to use any of HP print cartridges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
