This product has good features

There are features we do not know how to use without a manual or a tutorial.
When attempting to print on #6 envelopes it just told us we were wrong. We'd like to increase or decrease the size of copies but have no clue how to do so. We have yet to run out of ink but it makes me nervous that HP will send it when we need it.

Excellent Printer

I have the 8600 predecessor at my home office and recently purchased the 8610 for my work office. It is a work horse and I highly recommend it to Everyone!

I have replaced this unit 1 year ago with another brand. From almost the beginning the paper feed would jam and was unreliable.

This product has great features for Scanning,

Faxing and Basic Printing. I love the fact that I can Scan multiple pages and if there's any interruptions for any reasons it automatically saves not like my old one at work which didn't allow for auto saving so you would have to start the job all over! Thanks HP for creating a wonderful product!:-)...Aloha, NickyK
