[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for 3 years now and all the dish racks have started to rust. The plastic/rubberized material has come off on its own and rust has developed. On EVERY Rack in only 3 years..
Previously had other brands dishwashers for more than 10 years and never saw anything like this..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well, stemware glasses do not fit in provided holder without lowering the top shelf. By doing this, my dinner plates hit the shelf above. There is no other stable place to place my stemware. Have to wash by hand. Very disappointed.

The racks corroded after 2 years! They rusted and actually broke plugging up the draining of the dishwasher. We have been waiting for a replacement for over 2 months. The dishes don’t wash well with broken racks.

It is CORRODING inside- the main board and the accompanying on/ off and itemized boards! One can see inside the boards which should be waterproof! This is the second time I’ve had to have it fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that there are 3 leveled for items to be arranged for washing and the washer had separate cycles for when all 3 are in use. I lie the variety of settings which really make for a confidence cleaning. We have had a hard time using the "pods"in it because they are a bit bigger than the door so the for gets stuck and didn't fully open for the espresso to get out. Regular detergent, liquid or puede work great! I read in the manual that you can raise or lower the glass level for taller items in that level if needed, which sounds great. Haven't had to use that, but maybe some day.

The door was peeling and needed to be replaced. Thank goodness we bought the black stainless as it has a better warranty.
