Shelving falls apart

Bought this about 5 yrs ago and the top shelf only made it for about 2 yrs before the metal rusted out completely where we were no longer able to use it. The rest of the shelving is starting to do the same. For as much money as we spent on the dishwasher and whole kitchen set, you'd think you get better quality and last longer than 5 years. Now we have to find a new dishwasher. Very poor quality.

(1.) The motor died last week 9-20-2023
(2)The RACKS RUSTED! The RUST has EATEN the plastic coating, so it literally is falling apart.
(3)There's a tag on the front of the dishwasher. 10-year warranty. but read the fine print.
(4)The bottom rack doesn't stay on the rails, because it isn't should be wider and LG is aware of it. but I didn't know it until after the fact.
(5. It did clean Great (when it worked) and was quiet.

Top rack started rusting within six months. My eyes are very poor so could not see.
